Our asbestos risk evaluation priority assessments quantify the risk of someone coming into contact with asbestos in your building. We break it down into categories and sub categories, scored 0-3.
We add together the normal occupant activity score to the three average scores of the likelihood of disturbance, human exposure potential, and maintenance activity. This gives us a total priority score, which we add to the material score to create the total overall score. As you can imagine, this is a task for the experts. We’ll visit your site to carry out the assessments, with minimal input from you.
We calculate an overall total score for each asbestos containing material or ACM, which informs your priority action list. If a material has the same total overall score, the ACM with the higher scoring material assessment will take priority. The detailed report we provide can easily be incorporated into your asbestos management plan, or form part of a brand new plan.
