According to The Control of Asbestos Regulations, you should inspect the condition of all asbestos containing materials regularly. The frequency is based on the risk and location of the materials but shouldn’t go beyond 12 months.

Why? Because asbestos containing materials can deteriorate thanks to the weather, accidental damage, or just through using the building in the normal way. This means the risk changes, and that’s why it’s so important to reinspect.

• Then we transfer it all to our office immediately upon completion for review, and release it to you as a pdf
• We also upload it to our online client portal
• If you need us to, we will create or update your management plan
• If required, we will make suitable remedial arrangements for safe ongoing asbestos management
